Summary

Change of role permissions in the Service Portal

PIDS-167: Updated roles RA Local Officer and RA Central Officer to include the ability to view REK letter information.

Updated the roles RA Central Officer and RA Local Officer so that they can see information about the date and reference number for REK letters. This mainly applies to customers who order smart cards from the card supplier.

PIDS-165: Updated role RA Security Officer to include the same features as RA Report Officer.

Updated the role RA Security Officer so that it can read reports in the Reports tab.

Change of functionality in the Service Portal

PIDS-153: Updated user search conditions – added UPN/Email.

Updated the search function so that users can be searched by their UPN or email address.
