Updated Role RA Central Officer with UserAdd

RA Central Officers should be able to create local users when the organization is an organization in the Pointsharp eID service.

The functionality create local user is available for Pointsharp SweID organizations, but RA Local Officers in the Pointsharp SweID service are not able to issue e-identities to such subscribers since there is a technical block for that.

Updated prevention of copy/cut from password field

 Prevent copying and cutting values in InputFields that are typed as Password and NewPassword. But Paste should work.

Updated prevention of auto save PIN in web browser

Prevent auto-save of PIN-value in web browser when log in into the portal.

If Google Chrome asks to save the password and the user clicks Save, the token-PIN will be present next time the user will log in.

Yubikey CHUID

Update the default initiation profile in the YubiKey-token profile.

This new profile will include the CCC and CHUID tags that are used for Yubico's MiniDriver.
