PKI as a service

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you of a planned infrastructure migration scheduled for . This is part of our ongoing efforts to further strengthen the performance, security, and scalability of our service PKI as a service.

The migration involves moving the service infrastructure to a new hosting provider.

The service will be unavailable between 09:00–21:00 CEST. During this time, it will not be possible to:

  • Issue new eIDs

  • Revoke eIDs

  • Unlock smart cards containing eIDs

The service’s certificate revocation lists (CRLs) will have an extended validity period of 72 hours, starting at approximately 09:00 CEST on . No new CRLs will be published during the downtime.

Notice

Authentication via Net iD Access will continue to operate without interruption.

We will send separate communication regarding any actions required on your side, such as updated IP addresses.

We are taking all necessary precautions to ensure a smooth and secure transition.
